Liability and Property Insurance

In the United Kingdom it is compulsory for any type of business to take out Employers Liability Insurance (EL). This would normally be taken out in conjunction with Public Liability (PL) and Products Liability Insurance (Pr).

EL is designed to cover claims arising from bodily injury or death to employees of the business. PL is aimed at covering claims arising from bodily injury or death to any third parties resulting from a product supplied by your business.

In addition to the above you would need to arrange buildings insurance if you own the premises from which your business operates from.

Cavendish Munro can arrange cover on a package basis for all of the above and also look at bespoke requirements to cater for a clients specific needs.
