Neil Stables

Chairman

Neil is the founding Director of Cavendish Munro.

He has many years of experience in the Professional Indemnity Insurance market, primarily within the legal sector. Neil focuses on strategy, sales and marketing, direction, new markets and finance.

Prior to Cavendish Munro, Neil was a partner in The National Solicitors Network and LawGroup where he set up and ran their Professional Indemnity Insurance schemes. Previously he held Directorships/Senior Management positions within Bowater, KIS, Moben and Sears

Paul Byrne

Managing Director

Paul has over 18 years experience in the insurance industry, primarily in the Professional Indemnity market.

At Cavendish Munro, Paul is responsible for the day to day running of the business, staff, insurer relations and the development of new products.

In addition, Paul is proactively involved in the further development of the legal and construction sectors.

Prior to joining Cavendish Munro, Paul held senior positions at Nelson Hurst, Alexander Forbes, Marsh and Towry Law.

Scott Farrell

Director

Scott has over 18 years experience in the insurance industry and was formerly an underwriter at Lloyd’s.

Scott focuses on servicing and broking for existing clients.

Before joining Cavendish Munro, Scott held senior positions at Sun Alliance, NIG and Towry Law.

Andrew Field

Marketing Manager

Andrew manages the marketing team and is responsible for all aspects of marketing, including communications, literature, data management and IT.

Previously, Andrew gained significant experience in the London professional indemnity insurance market as a broker. This followed several years in the property industry and he also held positions at KPMG and Royal Sun Alliance.

Joanne Hynes

Broking Manager

Joanne is an experienced broker and manages the new business team.

A graduate of the University of East Anglia, Joanne holds a CII diploma and was previously a professional indemnity underwriter at Hiscox and an account handler with Willis.

David Miller

Renewals Manager

David brings his vast experience to Cavendish Munro, having worked for Nelson Hurst, Alexander Forbes, The FirstCity Partnership and Towergate Underwriting Group, specialising in professional indemnity insurance.

At Cavendish Munro, David is responsible for servicing and broking for existing clients.

James Balfour

Senior Broker

Having graduated from the University of the West of England, James worked at both Marsh and Zurich in Dubai.

James is a renewals broker at Cavendish Munro.

Stuart Cullum

Senior Broker

Stuart is a renewals broker at Cavendish Munro. He previously worked for Zurich and holds a degree in Management from Loughborough University.

Ben Kemp

Key Account Manager

Ben oversees Cavendish Munro's portfolio of solicitor clients. He has over 15 years experience in corporate insurance and private client markets.

Ben also advises clients on the provision of employee benefits and income protection products.

Formerly, he held senior positions at Towry Law, Axa and Prudential.

Broker

Alfie is a new business broker responsible for Cavendish Munro's office and liability insurance scheme.

Sheun Yerokun

Claims and Administration Manager

After successfully completing her law degree and LPC, Sheun gained a wealth of experience in claims handling and administration in a variety of dynamic organisations.

Sheun runs the Claims and Administration divisions of Cavendish Munro.
